Cancellation Policy

We try to process orders as quickly as possible, it is not possible to alter an order once it has been shipped. However, during our business hours you may contact us by phone or email and we will let you know if any changes can be made. If your order cannot be modified, you will have the option to return any unwanted item based on the conditions of returns information listed below.

Conditions of Returns:

l Returns can be made within 30 days from the day we shipped the item.
l The returned items must be in new and unworn conditions.
l All original packaging materials such as instruction booklets, tags, warranty cards (must be blank), and original box must be returned.
l New and unworn condition refers to no marks on the products, no wears on tags, and original packaging material.

l The original receipt must be presented at the time of return.
l We will not accept returns and exchanges that have markings and scratches to indicate any usage, sized or altered in any way.
l All returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee plus shipping charge. The 5% restocking fee will be waived on items returned for exchange for an item of equal or greater value.
l Items with a proven factory defects will be replaced. If replacement is no longer available you will be refunded in full. This does not include: abuse, misuse, owners neglect to follow correct operating instructions, or water/condensation damage.
l Shipping charges are not refundable.
l Items that have been sized are not returnable.
l Refunds and exchanges will be only done so with all the required conditions fulfilled.
l Custom orders are not refundable.


Return Procedures:

l You must contact us via Email/Fax/Telephone to acquire RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
l The RMA Number must be written on the original invoice and the shipping label.
l All returns and exchanges must have the RMA number; otherwise we will not accept them.
l Goods damaged or lost in transit will be the responsibility of the customers, so please insure all your products.
